Built to Serve Beanie
The no-frill beanie that’s built for comfort and cool weather, featuring TR’s iconic circle logo and tagline: Built to Serve. Crafted from soft-marled yarn, this beanie is lightweight yet rugged and comes in tri-colored red, grey, and charcoal or black, grey, and charcoal.
This slouch beanie features marled yarns for a lightweight, wool-like feel and a genuine leather embossed Team Rubicon patch.
All returns or exchanges must be filed within 14 days of receiving your order. In the event of an exchange/return, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost to return the item(s)*. All items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Please email us at store@TeamRubiconUSA.org and let us know why you are returning and which item(s) from your order.
Gift cards are non-returnable.
*If an item has arrived damaged or an incorrect item has been shipped, please email us at store@TeamRubiconUSA.org with a picture of the item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund your method of payment unless there is an issue with the return. In this case, we will email you. Please note, the credit may take up to 15 business days to process. Shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be credited when refunding the order/item.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund, first double check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at store@TeamRubiconUSA.org.
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.

The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returns and exchanges. When you are returning or exchanging an item, please email us at store@TeamRubiconUSA.org.
- Shipping charges for delivery are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Processing an exchange can take up to 14 business days once we receive the return. A new order will be created and the tracking information will be emailed once the new order is shipped.
- If you are shipping an item worth over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- International Orders Are Final Sale (no refunds or exchanges)
- The recipient of the order is responsible for the tax & duty fees charged by customs to release the package for delivery
- All International Orders must have a phone # and email for the recipient of the delivery when the order is created
- The delivery estimate for international orders on average is about 10-14 business days dependent upon the country of origin
