The Roadster Auto Kit is your premium roadside companion, built for performance, safety, and peace of mind. Housed in a custom-branded Pelican case, each tool is precision-fit in custom-cut foam, with clear instructions for tackling the most common on-road emergencies.

Inside you’ll find:

• Zeus Air – Jump-start engines up to 6.0L diesel, inflate tires to 150 PSI, charge devices, light your path, or signal oncoming traffic — all from one compact, powerful unit.

• First Aid Pro – A high-quality collection of emergency medical supplies, perfectly organized with clear, intuitive instructions so you can act with confidence.

• The Extractor – A static tow strap rated to 17,500 lbs, ideal for pulling a friend to safety or to the nearest service station.

• Multitool Pro – A robust, survival-ready multitool equipped to handle a wide range of roadside fixes.

• Tactical Flashlight – 800 lumens, 4 light modes, and 5 zoom settings in a waterproof housing for when the road gets dark.

• Chem Lights – Versatile backup illumination — use as traffic markers, emergency signals, or, yes, even a roadside dance party.

RETURNS
All returns or exchanges must be filed within 14 days of receiving your order. In the event of an exchange/return, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost to return the item(s)*. All items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Please email us at store@TeamRubiconUSA.org and let us know why you are returning and which item(s) from your order. 

Gift cards are non-returnable.

*If an item has arrived damaged or an incorrect item has been shipped, please email us at store@TeamRubiconUSA.org with a picture of the item.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund your method of payment unless there is an issue with the return. In this case, we will email you. Please note, the credit may take up to 15 business days to process. Shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be credited when refunding the order/item.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund, first double check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at store@TeamRubiconUSA.org.

SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.

The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returns and exchanges. When you are returning or exchanging an item, please email us at store@TeamRubiconUSA.org. 

• Shipping charges for delivery are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount. 
• Processing an exchange can take up to 14 business days once we receive the return. A new order will be created and the tracking information will be emailed once the new order is shipped.
• If you are shipping an item worth over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
